“The World of Jazz” follows a format that champions jazz an American art form. From its roots in rhythms from Africa and harmonics from Europe blend in this hemisphere to create a music today called “Jazz.” The routes the music take as its creators are disseminated throughout the globe creating an even larger world for the music to expand in. We are keenly aware the art form known as Jazz has been divided into many categories; The World of Jazz seeks to bring full circle the myriad of influences the original music has acquired during its journey.
